Appointments

One reschedule (by client) allowed for touch up. Two for Microblading appointments in good faith. Any reschedule after that will be charged a $30 inconvenience fee. No call no shows will be charged the full balance and will require a full up front payment if a new appointment is desired. 

 

Appointments are confirmed through text and phone call at one week and 24 hours before the start time. If the client is unable t be reached by 24 hours before the appointment. Priority scheduling will be given to waitlisted clients and a rescheduling fee of  $30 will be incurred. 

 

All deposits are due no later than 24 hours before the appointments. NO exceptions. One person may accompany clients during the consultation. On the day of the treatment, clients may not have ANY guests in the treatment room.

There will be no refunds on services rendered. The artist reserves the right to terminate an appointment at any time before or during a treatment. 

Any client that does not follow the pre-procedure advice, or aftercare instructions will risk a terminated appointment with refusal for future appointments.  

Upon arrival clients must sanitize/wash hands and face (upon request) and remove shoes.
