Appointments

One reschedule (by client) allowed for touch up. Two for Microblading appointments in good faith. Any reschedule after that will be charged a $30 inconvenience fee. No call no shows will be charged the full balance and will require a full upfront payment if a new appointment is desired. After a period of 12 months, if an initial Microblading  touch up appointment is not scheduled, the price will be that of a regularly priced Annual Touch Up appointment.

Appointments are confirmed through text, email, and phone call at one week and 24 hours before the start time. If the client is unable be reached by 24 hours before the appointment. Priority scheduling will be given to waitlisted clients and a rescheduling fee $30 will be incurred.

All deposits are due no later than 24 hours before the appointments. NO exceptions. One person may accompany clients during the consultation.

The artist reserves the right to terminate an appointment at any time before or during a

treatment.

Refunds will be distributed on a situational basis, to be determined by the technician/owner.

 

 

Any client that does not follow the pre-procedure advice, or aftercare instructions will risk a terminated appointment with refusal for future appointments.

Upon arrival clients must sanitize/wash hands and face (upon request) and remove shoes before mounting the beauty bed for treatment.
